iHydrate iOS Questions

When you are adding a new drink, tap on the blue “Now” text. A view will appear with the option to change the date for your new drink entry.

From the history tab, find the row of the drink you’d like to change. Swipe the row to the left to display the buttons to edit or delete the entry.

The app records the amount of water in each drink that you consume and displays that value on the home screen. For example milk is 90% water, so recording 10 ounces of milk is only 9 ounces of water.

iHydrate uses the icon badge notification to display progress. You can choose what to display by tapping on “Icon Badge Notifications” in settings. You can also turn badge notifications off completely by toggling the switch to off.

On the settings page there is an option to switch on Fitbit and Jawbone integration. There is an info button that can be tapped to integrate with Apple’s Health App.

If you’ve already allowed or denied access to Apple’s Health App, you will have to go directly to Apple’s Health App to change your preferences. Once you open Apple’s Health App click on the sources tab and then iHydrate. You can then turn on/off water syncing.
